The sunniest village in South Tyrol
Welcome to Deutschnofen, the sunniest village in South Tyrol. Just 30 minutes from Bolzano, this lively alpine village has everything you need: restaurants, supermarkets, shops, a gym, and more. At 1,357 meters above sea level, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the mountain atmosphere.

Ski paradise: Ski Center Latemar 
Just a 15-minute bus ride away, the Val di Fiemme- Obereggen ski area offers 120 km of ski slopes, along with fun sledding tracks. You’ll also find great mountain huts to stop for a meal. And you can even try night skiing, for a unique experience under the stars.

Beginner slopes and cross-country skiing
In Deutschnofen, you can enjoy both beginner-friendly ski slope, perfect for those learning, and fantastic cross-country skiing tracks, ideal for exploring snowy landscapes at your own pace.

Beyond skiing

Your home in the mountains

We’ll be staying in a charming, traditional South Tyrolean maso, a historic farmhouse.
The entire top floor is reserved just for us, with our rooms and two cozy common areas where we can eat, cook,
hang out, and work together.

Next door, there’s a family farm where we’ll get fresh milk every morning, and you can even buy fresh eggs and other local goodies. The maso is perched on a hilltop offering stunning 360-degree views of the mountains and valleys.
It’s a 10-minute walk to the village square, where you’ll find the bus stop to go to the slopes.

Getting here

Reaching Deutschnofen is simple and convenient.
Located in the heart of the stunning Val d'Ega, you can get here by various means of transportation. Here’s how:

Plane: Fly into Verona, Venice, Innsbruck, or Milan. From there, you can take a train or bus to reach Deutschnofen. Bolzano airport is also nearby for domestic flights.

Train: Take the train to Bolzano from major Italian cities. From Bolzano, hop on a bus for a short and scenic ride to the village.

Car: Drive through the Italian Alps and enjoy the breathtaking views. Follow the A22 (Brenner Motorway), exit at Bolzano North, and continue towards Val d’Ega.
